Throughout my years at SBU I have been a member of ENACTUS, an internationally recognized nonprofit organization that promotes partnership between leaders in business and university students to make a difference in local communities. A number of projects I’ve been able to be a part of include: the Bona Buddies Halloween Haunted House, Give Back Bash Weekend and Dream It Do It (DIDI). Within ENACTUS, I have also been a member of the Gubbio Leadership Program. Throughout this leadership program I have had the privilege of representing SBU on four entrepreneurial service trips to the Bahamas.

Internal Audit Intern, Lincoln Financial Group, Greensboro, NC, Summer of 2016; Participated in a variety of 2nd Quarter meetings with senior executives – building a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company; Completed audit in operations testing while developing precise and detailed tick-marking skills; Participated in an on-site walkthrough regarding Sarbanes-Oxley during an Omaha, NE audit with senior manager of the SOX department; Selected as the Corporate Social Chair: Planned, designed and organized events for Interns in the corporate office tasked with: creating proposals, recording expenses and maintaining a precise budget for each event
